Code of Ethics and Morality

As a spa with high moral ethics, we believe our code of ethics will guide us in putting our best foot forward in delivering world-class spa therapies and guide you in having your expectations met by our professional team.
Please read carefully, and tick “Agree” at the bottom of this page to confirm your booking.

1. ✅We offer only professionally accepted spa therapies.
2. ❌We do not offer erotic massage.
3. ❌We do not offer any sort of sensual massage.
4. ❌We do not offer any ‘happy ending’.
5. ❌We do not accept the nakedness of our clients.
6. ✅We insist underwear be worn during the massage.
7. ❌Sexual advances to our clients are prohibited and will be prosecuted.
8. We promise that our staff are well trained and will not make advances at you or take advantage of you.

Booking and Refund Policy

• Payment confirms the booking.
• If we arrive late you are entitled to demand a refund.
• If our therapists arrive on time and you delay your session, he/she can only stay for the set duration of the session which is normally 90minutes to 120 minutes. There will be no refund in such instances.
• Cancellation of a booking must be at least 2 hours before the appointment.
• There is no refund for cancellations.
• Another date can be booked.
• Membership packages are only valid for the duration of the membership.
